MAT PILATES

A 50-minute mixed-level pilates class designed to elongate your muscles while building deep, functional strength. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Pilates offers a holistic approach with options to challenge or modify as needed. Expect a flowing sequence of mat-based exercises that focus on posture, core control, flexibility, and full-body alignment. Through mindful movement, breath, and controlled resistance, you’ll tone, stretch, and sculpt—leaving class feeling stronger, taller, and more centred.
