REFORMER PILATES
As the name suggests, our Reformer Pilates class helps reform your body and mind. With consistent practice, it cultivates self-awareness and a strong mind-body connection, while promoting full-body muscular balance and improved posture. Using the innovative Reformer machine, each session combines strength, flexibility, and controlled movements in a low-impact, full-body workout.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this small class (maximum 4 participants) allows for personalised guidance and ensures you get the most from every session.

MAT PILATES
Either bodyweight or spiced up with various props for an extra challenge, this class works your full body while paying particular attention to your deepest core and stabilising muscles. Movements flow seamlessly from one exercise to the next, coordinated with your breath, leaving both body and mind worked yet energised.
Suitable for all levels, modifications are provided for more advanced exercises, ensuring everyone can enjoy the class. Build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness as you engage in controlled, low-impact movements that strengthen your core, improve posture, and boost overall balance.
