CANCELATION POLICY
What you need to know
We kindly ask that you reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance if you're unable to attend your class. Due to limited class capacity and the fact that we operate based on bookings, no refunds are issued. However, if you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you'll be able to transfer your ticket to a different date.. Please note: Class credits must be used within 6 weeks from the date they’re issued. This policy allows us to fairly manage bookings and offer spots to clients on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding and support!
RUNNING LATE?
Please be considerate
We kindly ask all members to arrive on time for their classes. If you show up late to your class (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee you'll be able to join in the class. Upon arriving, you will need to check with your instructor to determine if you're able to join in. We typically will extend a 5-10 minute grace period as long as the class is still in the middle of the group warm up otherwise you may be liable to injuries.
