CANCELATION & NO SHOW POLICY

What you need to know

Cancelation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance if you're unable to attend your class. Due to limited class capacity and the fact that we operate based on bookings, no refunds are issued. However, if you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you can transfer your ticket to a different date. This policy allows us to fairly manage bookings and offer spots to clients on the waitlist.

No Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show." Clients with excessive no-shows may face restrictions on future bookings. If a client fails to attend a booked class, they will not be eligible for any refunds or class credits.

RUNNING LATE?

Please be considerate

We kindly ask all members to arrive on time for their classes. If you show up late to your class (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee you'll be able to join the class. Upon arriving, you will need to check with your instructor to determine if you're able to join in. We typically will extend a 5-minute grace period as long as the class is still in the middle of the group warm-up up otherwise, you may be liable for injuries.
